Il menu della lavagna
The blackboard menu - Chef’s daily specials
Chef Arleigh Martin's creations include:
- LA PASTA, the pasta dish that changes every day according to her 'mood'...
- LA CARNE or IL PESCE, the meat or fish daily selection. So far, the most acclaimed were the Abbacchio alla Scottadito (a succulent Lamb dish from Rome!) and Anatra Arrosto (the best duck roasted legs you can imagine).
- IL DOLCE, the dessert of the day.
Our wine list is 100% Italian and it is totally exposed on our 'wine-wall', organized by region, so customers can look at the labels and enjoy the wine maker concept - many times fully expressed in the design of the label and bottle!
We have wines from other countries of the world, but we use them only during our educational sessions, courses/classes or theme dinners.
Antonio's goal is to expose his clientele to different wines and grape varieties that few people have heard of. After all, Italy has 'only' 400 native grape varieties!
The selection by the glass is ample and it includes different sizes: 1oz (tasting size), 3oz (half glass) and 5oz (full glass), so you can try different varieties for a very reasonable price!
